  • Why should I use a mobile notary?
    Convenience & Time Savings
Rather than having to drive to an offsite location to obtain a notarization, we will travel to the location of your choice, such as your home, hospitals, court houses, etc. This leads to more efficient transactions, saving you travel time and avoids the hassle of fighting congested Inland Empire roads.
    Flexible Availability
We will travel to you based on your schedule and select a time that best suits your needs, rather than being held to the standard business hours of a brick and mortar notary service.
  • What type of Notarization do I need?
A Notary cannot advise you on the type of notarization you need, you must know what you need, consult with an Attorney or entity that is requiring you to have the document notarized prior to your appointment.
  • What form of Identification is needed?
Each signer must present at least one of the forms of ID listed below. The ID must be current or, if expired, must have been issued within the last 5 years. The ID must have signer’s photo, physical description, signature and a serial or other identifying number and an expiration date.
    • Driver’s License or Non-Driver’s ID issued by a U.S. state
    • U.S. Passport
    • U.S. Military ID (Common Access Card is not acceptable) needs to have information mentioned above
    • Driver’s License issued in Mexico or Canada
    • Inmate ID issued by the California Department of Corrections (is only acceptable while the signer is in CDC’s custody)
    • Foreign Passport stamped by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
NOTE: If none of the above identification are available, or would be excessively difficult for the document signer to obtain, two additional persons who do have one of the above documents may be present who will swear to the signer’s identity. The two individuals have to be over the age of 18, have valid identification ready for inspection, and must swear or affirm under penalty of perjury that they personally know the signer. They will also need to be present at the time of witnessing and sign the notary journal.
